How can I obtain a Certificate of Insurance?
Insurance is included in the monthly HOA fee. The Robins Agency is the insurance agent for the HOA.

How much is the monthly HOA Fee?
The monthly HOA fee as of January 1, 2022 is $200. This covers items such as pool maintenance, clubhouse, grass cutting, shrub trimming, leaf removal, termite policy, roof replacement, common area maintenance, clubhouse, streets, signage, lighting, painting, etc.

How can I pay my HOA Fees?
ONLINE PAYMENT OF HOA FEES:
River Plantation Section V is set up to allow owners to pay their monthly fee online by going to https://www.hoabankservices.com. Just choose your HOA, and then enter your account number…recurring payments can also be set up as well (Please note that the recurring payment plan must be renewed each year). There is NO charge for online payments unless you pay by credit card. The free payment method is known as payment by e-check.  

PAYMENT OF HOA FEE BY AUTO-DRAFT:
Owners may also pay by auto-draft. This saves owners the worry from having to remember to pay their fees, avoids late fees, and at the same time, helps with the HOA’s cash flows. There is no charge to sign up on the Payment-by-Auto-Draft program. If you change your bank account or if you sell your home, please remember to notify us in writing at least ten (10) days before the change occurs. Please fill out the auto-draft form located under the Documents tab and mail with a voided check to David Floyd & Associates, Inc. at 104 East Park Dr. Suite 320 Brentwood, TN 37027.

PAYMENT OF HOA FEE BY CHECK:
Owners are welcome to pay their HOA Fees the old-fashioned way by mailing a check to River Plantation Section V HOA c/o David Floyd and Associates, Inc. 104 East Park Dr, Suite 320, Brentwood Tn 37027.
